Help N Helper (helpNhelper) is a project operated by the Ash Foundation is a non-profit charity and government approved NGO (Reg No: 3201, RJSC Reg No: CHS-620/2018, DNC Reg: 01/2021-22) in Bangladesh. It has the Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). The initiative provides support to low-income individuals through medical assistance, financial grants for small business start-ups, the provision of business-related materials, aid for orphans and widows, and food distribution programs.

A key feature of the project is its digital and transparent fundraising system. Through the Help N Helper website or mobile application, individuals can request assistance or make online donations. Donors receive SMS notifications confirming each contribution and providing updates on campaign progress. After the completion of a specific project, donors are given follow-up information and a verification link, allowing them to review the outcomes of their contributions.
