I am currently admitted to the Cardiac Surgery Department (Ward No. 77) at Chattogram Medical College Hospital for a heart operation. I urgently require BDT 100,000 for my treatment. I am financially helpless, as there is no earning member in my family. My name is Md. Jasim Uddin (age 48), son of Md. Nazer and Hosne Ara Begum. I live at Sharafat Ali Contractor’s House, Shamsher Para, Post Office: Chandgaon, Chattogram.

About this campaign

I have two sons and one daughter. My elder son is 17 years old, my younger son is 15 years old, and my daughter is 9 years old. All of them are currently studying. I was previously employed at Swadhinata Complex, but I became seriously ill and lost my ability to continue working. At present, I am suffering from heart disease and have no source of income. I am undergoing treatment at Chattogram Medical College Hospital Cardiac Surgery Department (Ward No. 77). The doctors have advised heart surgery, for which I urgently need BDT 100,000. Due to my financial hardship, I am unable to bear this cost, while also struggling to manage my family expenses. In this critical situation, I sincerely request your kind support and financial assistance for my operation. Your help may give me a chance to survive and return to my family.
