Short Description
Dry food was distributed in various flood-affected areas, including Daganbhuiya, Parshuram, Fulgazi, Chhagalnaiya, and Feni Sadar in Feni; Monohorgonj and Nangalkot in Comilla; different parts of Noakhali and Chandpur; as well as Fatikchhari, Hathazari, and Mirsharai in Chattogram. The dry food packages included muri (puffed rice), chira (flattened rice), jaggery, biscuits, and chanachur. In addition, each family received water, oral saline, candles, and matches. Each package weighed approximately 5–6 kg per family.
Long Description
A large-scale humanitarian relief effort was carried out for flood-affected families in Daganbhuiya, Parshuram, Fulgazi, Chhagalnaiya, and Feni Sadar in Feni, as well as Monohorgonj and Nangalkot upazilas in Comilla. Under this initiative, multiple dry food packages were distributed among 200 flood-affected families. Each package contained chira (flattened rice), muri (puffed rice), sugar, biscuits, oral saline, and a 2-litre bottle of drinking water. This support was provided to help struggling families meet their immediate food and health needs during the crisis, ensuring basic relief and comfort in a difficult time.
